Montreal Museum Day 2011–Activities and Free Admission

On Sunday May 29, The Board of Montreal Museum Directors is celebrating its 25th anniversary and invites the public for the 25th Montreal Museum Day.

The 2011 edition of the Montreal Museum Day will offer a big party at the promenade des Artistes du Quartier des spectacles and in the 32 museums that are offering free admission to the public from 9 am to 6 pm.

Activities at the promenade des Artistes

Music

• Morning: 17 ambulant musicians from Fanfare Pourpour
• Afternoon: 4 shows at the FUNAMBUS venue
• 11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Fanfare Pourpour
• 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm: Trio populaire
• 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm: Hassan El-Hadi
• 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Juan Sebastian Larobina
